Terms and Conditions
- Availability: The listed pricing is specifically for WEEKDAY sessions.(refer below for weekend charges)
- Booking Notice: First come first serve. To secure your preferred date, we suggest to place your booking at least 2 weeks in advance.
- Open to All: This promotion is open to individuals of ALL NATIONALITIES.
- Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order and secure the booking.
- Package Ownership: The promotional package is intended for the registered client's use and is non-transferable.
- Disclaimer of Liability: While we strive to create a safe and enjoyable environment during our sessions, it is important to note that we shall not be held liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur. Clients are strongly advised to secure personal insurance coverage for their protection.
- Refund Policy: To be eligible for a full refund, cancellations must be communicated at least 2 weeks in advance of the scheduled service date. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellation requests with less than a 2-week notice period. We appreciate your understanding, as this policy allows us to make necessary arrangements and provide optimal service.
Additional Charges
- Photograph Location Surcharge (JPN Putrajaya): A supplementary fuel charge fee of RM100 is applicable for sessions held at JPN Putrajaya.
- Photograph Weekend Surcharge: For bookings on Saturdays and Sundays, there is an additional weekend surcharge of RM500.
- Extended Photograph Session: Extending photography session is optional at an extra charge of RM500 per additional hour.
- Makeup Location Surcharge: Free for Klang Valley except: Rawang, Serdang and Klang. For locations outside Klang Valley, transportation charges for makeup services will be separately communicated and agreed upon.
- Bouquet Delivery Fee: Free for self pick-up. The cost for bouquet delivery via Lalamove will be determined based on the applicable distance fare. We provide RM8 subsidisation for delivery.
