Delivery & Shipping Policy:

Order Placement:

a. As a boutique florist, we kindly request that all orders be placed at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us ample time to process, prepare, and arrange your flowers for pickup or delivery.


Delivery Area and Additional Charges:

a. We offer delivery service to addresses within Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.

b. For locations outside our standard delivery area, additional charges may apply based on the delivery area. Please contact us for more information.


Ensuring Freshness and Quality:

a. To ensure the freshness and quality of your flowers, we highly recommend delivering them to addresses where either you or your recipient will be present on the selected delivery date and time.


Date Change, Redelivery and Change of Delivery Address Charges:

In the event of redelivery or a change of delivery address, the following charges may apply:

Date Change Policy:

a. Any changes to the pickup or delivery date must be requested at least 1 day in advance of the original date selected at checkout.

b. Date changes are subject to availability and approval by our team.


Charges for Date Changes:

a. Date changes requested within +1 day of the original date selected at checkout will incur a charge of RM20 or 10% of the total order value, whichever is higher.

b. Date changes requested within +3 days of the original date selected at checkout will incur a charge of RM50 or 30% of the total order value, whichever is higher.

c. Date changes requested within +5 days of the original date selected at checkout will incur a charge of RM80 or 50% of the total order value, whichever is higher.

d. Date changes requested within +7 days of the original date selected at checkout will incur a charge of RM100 or 70% of the total order value, whichever is higher.


Charges for Address Changes:

a. Change of delivery address within Kuala Lumpur: RM15

b.Change of delivery address from Kuala Lumpur to Selangor or vice versa: RM25


Customer Responsibility:

a. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the pickup or delivery date selected at checkout is accurate and in accordance with their intended schedule.

b. The customer acknowledges that any errors or mistakes in the selected date are not the responsibility of The Flower Room KL and may result in additional charges for date changes.


Limitations of Liability:

a. The Flower Room KL shall not be held liable or responsible for any losses, damages, or costs incurred due to customer errors or mistakes in selecting the pickup or delivery date.

b. The Flower Room KL shall not be responsible for any perishability, quality deterioration, or resellability issues arising from date changes requested by the customer.
